Cracker Barrel is walking it ALL back... including the redesigned stores and the reheated biscuits. So they basically burnt $700 MILLION for absolutely nothing.

I’ll be honest here. I’m a little torn. I want to give CrackerBarrel a chance now that it’s “listened” to its customers to make sure they realize listening to its customers results in sales. However the way they treated their partners and they haven’t fired the CEO doesn’t sit right with me, not to mention if their food has gotten any better.
Most of my issues are solved since there is t a CrackerBarrel near me but I’ll be traveling soon and I usually make a stop at a CrackerBarrel for lunch or dinner. So🤷♀️.
